Our staff includes professionals who are licensed and trained in a variety of disciplines. They include licensed psychologists, Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and a Registered Nurse.

MEET THE STAFF:


Steven Wiese, M.S., M.Div, is the clinic director. He has been in practice as a Licensed Psychologist since 1985, and is proficient in therapy with adults, adolescents, and older children, marriage and family counseling, and in counselor training and supervision. Steve is available for teaching on a variety of topics, including training in Telling Yourself the Truth, (using Dr. Backus’ work,) forgiveness, stress management, and communication. He is also an associate pastor at North Heights Lutheran Church. 

Debra Kullberg, M.Div. is a licensed Pastor, holding a master of divinity degree from Bethel Seminary. She recently completed requirements in preparation for the Marriage & Family Licensure exam.  She specializes in working with conflicted adolescents who are suffering from depression and grief and who are in need of deep spiritual/emotional healing.  She is trained in premarital/marital counseling and has extensive experience in the area of addictions and co-dependency.  She incorporates the use of EMDR, Early Recollections & Lifestyle analysis as well as narrative & play therapy.

  Linda Johnson, M.A. is a Licensed Psychologist with proficiencies in individual therapy with adults and adolescents, family therapy and parent training. Areas of specialization include women’s issues, sexual brokenness, and gender confusion, and Theophostic counseling. Linda has particular interest in working with adolescent girls who struggle with eating disorders. She brings a warm personality and genuine caring to her work.
Louise M. L’Allier, M.A. is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She especially enjoys working with couples and families. She also works with individual teens and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, financial management, anger management, stress management, and relationship issues. She does Theophostic counseling and also has over 30 years of experience in prayer ministry, often working with her husband Ralph who is a Roman Catholic Deacon.
 
  Kathy Leu, RN describes herself as “Christ-centered Holistic Health Care Coordinator”. This summarizes her current work as a Registered Nurse at CCPS. Kathy specializes in health counseling in the areas of balanced lifestyle and chronic health issues. These issues include Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. She addresses the needs of body, soul and spirit, and their integration toward wholeness, using both traditional and complementary medical resources. She is available for individual counseling as well as facilitating informational and support groups. She purposes to get to the roots of problems and uses several resources, when needed. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her own personal experience to her work.
James A. Peasley, M.A. is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and former youth pastor. He holds a degree in counseling psychology with a specialization in marriage and family therapy. Jim enjoys working with couple relationship issues, and parent-child/teen conflicts. He also assists teens and adults who are experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, and developmental issues. His heart for young people and their families has been the core of his professional life for over 20 years.
 
  Jacqueline Skog, MA. has an MA in counseling and psychological services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.  The focus of her teaching and counseling is to bring healing and hope to couples and individuals struggling with anger, abuse, and violence.  She teaches Self-Mastery, a twelve-week series with a goal of understanding emotional wellness through healing the wounds of the past and learning relationship building skills to change behaviors.
Nicole L. Tramm, M.A. is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary.  She enjoys working with families, couples, and individuals on pre-marriage, marriage, and family issues.  She also works with adults and older adolescents individually on issues such as depression, anxiety, boundary problems, and other concerns.
 
Corinne Loe
 
Corinne Loe (Office Manager) provides our clients with a warm, welcoming environment as they arrive at the Center. Corinne does all our billing, and is able to answer questions regarding insurance, billing, and scheduling.

TCCPS is not part of any of the large insurance provider networks. However, our Licensed Psychologists are often covered by insurance plans as “Non-Participating Providers”. Our other counselors operate on a fee-for-service basis. Fee information is available upon request.
